President/Senior CAD Technician and Designer: Ryan Schlehuber brings over 12 years of hands-on experience to the CAD industry. A natural entrepreneur, Ryan understands the complexities present in a multi-consultant environment and upholds to the most stringent business practices.

Vice President/Senior Engineer: Grace Realiza holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Iowa and has 18 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design systems.

Marketing Director: Scott H. Hartman is paramount in managing the growth of Great Lakes Drafting. His progressive vision has played an integral role in taking GLD from a one-man show to a full-fledged consulting firm.

GLD's team spans Michigan, Colorado and Illinois bringing over 20 years of combined experience to the AutoCAD drafting industry. Additional expertise includes 10 years in consulting engineering including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP), 5 years with project management; spanning site visits, project oversight from start to finish, and coordination from various fields, 6 years in automation, and 4 years in fire alarm.
